Carlos helped me mount my TV. It took only an hour compared to the app's estimate of 2 hours. He had his own tools that my echo gear did not come with so I didn't need to worry about providing anything extra. He was on time and speedy but the quality of the job was not perfect. There was one loose screw and some of the screws are not aligned, some marks on the wall.
