Virna is extremely thorough and goes above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail. She needs to keep an eye on her watch though, as she tends to rush during the last 30 mins, thereby falling marginally short of her high standards. That said, I would love to have her back again.

She's nice, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning! I've had a number of cleaners but none have been as detailed as this. 6/5 stars.
