She was absolutely incredible! Very kind, thorough, and speedy. I havent seen the apartment this clean, and she brought a vacuum!

Monica is lovely. She did a thorough job and made sure I was happy with every room. I had one minor feedback (just a garbage pail she had missed, it was hidden) and she happily accepted it and made sure to address it in the future. You should note we have a baby and a cat, and the place is spotless!

I'd like to leave a tip. She showed up a bit late but she actually stayed way beyond what was necessary to make up for it.

There was some sort of wax used on the floor that mostly just retained footprints and made it look dirtier than if it hadn't been cleaned.
