Bright was excellent with communication before his arrival. He was on time and did what I asked him to do. :-)

She was really sweet & did a great job, BUT I don't think she cleaned the floors at all, as I had requested. They felt the same-dirty/sandy.

The cleaning was excellent, but the pro broke my boyfriend's Apple watch, which will be very expensive to repair or replace.
