She was good but you guys over charged me by $104!! I emailed to complain on Monday and still havent heard back. Unacceptable!!

Something is missing from the bathroom. Just had tub glazed and the hardware for the shower/tub "switch" was on the floor. It is no longer there, and I don't see it anywhere. Please find out where it is and let me know. Thank you
