I found it extremely rude on Handy's behalf that I was told I would get a certain cleaner, Theanissa, that I had already had experience with and thought did an excellent and fast job. I wasn't notified prior to my appointment that a different cleaner was coming and a new cleaner that was inexperienced. I paid extra for windows and she ran out of time to finish the job, with my house having already been mostly clean. I think Kristen did a good job for her first time and for being a new cleaner and blame Handy in particular for this experience. Shame on Handy as I would have rescheduled had I known.
