Vanessa came for the first time to clean and was punctual and provided an exceptional, thorough cleaning service for our family. We met very briefly and she was friendly and professional. Is there anyway I can request a cleaner who can dust all the shelves and wipe down the kitchen counters as well as cleaning the bathrooms and floors?

He did a pretty good job with cleaning the house. I wish he had used better products for cleaning stainless steel appliances as the all purpose one he used has left marks. Please use better vacuum as well (or ask for homeowner’s). Overall good work.
