Charndra was great and VERY thorough. She even travelled through some pretty bad Baltimore weather to get to my appointment. I will definitely be working with Charndra again in the future. Two thumbs way up!

Floors in kitchen could have been swept/mopped a little better. Some streaks on several surfaces. But overall pretty good.
