Alexandra is fast and thorough and very sweet. She is learning English but understands well enough to follow instructions.

She did bot speak or understand english very well. I had to show her several times what i meant, as in changing the bed linens.

She is brilliant - a lovely person and a fantastic cleaner. She pays attention to detail and does so much in the time. Best cleaner yet!
