Your star rating system does not work on my iPhone. It is becoming very irritating to get these messages every week. I would prefer to just text 10/10. Paula is always top class. 10/10 everytime. Please can you arrange it so that I can just contact you if there is an issue. Paula is wonderful but I find the rating system very annoying.
