Arrived well in time ie 8.25am for 8.30 and cleaned so thoroughly - no pro has ever made my house so sparkly like she did.

Marina text me the day before, turned up on time and was very friendly. She cleaned the house very efficiently. I was very pleased

Some surfaces were not properly cleaned and needed to be done again. Not quite as good as the last cleaner but still alot better than some
