Zoila is an excellent cleaning professional. I've met her several times and she is extremely nice too. She is so efficient that she actually completes her work before the allotted time is over. This is just a small suggestion: would be great if there's time left on the reservation if she could ask the customer if there's anything else that she could do before leaving. That would be great! Jose does a great job and doesn’t miss a beat. He also follows instructions perfectly. He is my repeat cleaner.

Very hardworking and customer service oriented. Did more than what was requested, and was fun to have around. Slightly clumsy, but in a fun way. One tip for the future: have more cleaning supplies. Some of his predecessors had advanced cleaning supplies, especially for the wet areas of the house, and add-ons like room fresheners. This will reduce his physical effort and increase the efficiency.
