Even though she was late due to traffic and actually texted me about this which I did not see, she did a wonderful job.

Ali was very nice, but was 35 min late to our cleaning (was given notice he would be 15 min late). He ended after 2.5 hours (not a complete 3 hours). Also, I'm not sure if his vacuum is effective; lots of dust / hair still left on the floor.

Our professional was incredibly efficient and thorough. The place is sparkling- floors, kitchen, bathrooms- would love to have him back!
