Too much time spent on low priority things like windows/dusting. My kitchen wasn't cleaned very well as a result.

Very thorough, and had a great attitude despite an ambitious amount of house in a two hour timeframe.

Overall cleaning was great and my least favorite spots (stovetop, shower doors), that I asked for special attention around, looked great.
