This was my first booking with Joaris. My only regret is that I can’t afford to have her here every week! What a lovely person and she did a wonderful job despite the state of affairs at the house. We are a country home with three dirty country dogs, two cats, and three horses, all of whom end up all over the house in terms of hair and dirt. She did a phenomenal job of making the place sparkle and she paid particular attention to a number of details that made for a lovely surprise after she finished. She was punctual and friendly, and she even recommended a couple cleaning solutions that will help me take care of business in the future since having someone clean for me is a rare luxury. What a wonderful young lady with a great work ethic. She even stayed a little longer than the booking to finish taking care of business. Next holiday season I’m going to tell everyone to get me Handy gift cards and keep Joaris’ name for certain!

I have had the pleasure of having Angela clean my house for almost two months now, and she is Amazing! She very thorough, always prompt and every time she comes I always find somewhere where she has gone above and beyond. Wednesday’s are becoming my favorite day of the week because it means I get to come home to a very clean home!

She spent excessive amounts of time in very small areas which were already pretty clean (like 50mins in my bathroom, which is very small, and I cleaned it last Friday). Not sure what happened in those spaces. Lots of weird busy work, like she unmade and remade my bed differently, and meticulously folded the towels hanging up, yet there was obvious debris on the floor (a receipt and a crumpled wrapper) which was not picked up. Didn't get through the very few dishes. She sprayed a TON of air freshener. My house looks how it does when I do a '45min slam clean' when people are unexpectedly coming over, except I clear all the dishes. She reassembled/put back everything in the wrong place. Every. Last. Thing.

Kaylie was super sweet, efficient and actually able to find the place and get in without issue (miracle!)
