John was very thorough, on time, he was willing to work with me about using certain cleaning products. He was also very kind and friendly and asked me to look around and to make sure I was happy with his work before leaving.

At first she said dishes were no longer included. Then it seemed to take her a long time to clean the upstairs, & rushed the rest.
