Jenna was early and came in smiling. I went over a few things that needed extra attention and she said not a problem.

I find Pearl nice and efficient. The place looks and feels clean when she is done. I think she is open to take suggestions and comments. She brings her own supplies and puts clean bags for the garbage pins. I like that she opens some windows to allow for fresh air circulation. I find her vacuum a bit noisy, but this shouldn't matter much as long as it cleans well. I prefer that people don't walk in my house with outside shoes, especially on carpet. It'll be great if Pearl can cover her outside shoes with disposable shoe cover or wear inside shoes.

Ashley was very flexible in meeting our needs, excellent understanding requests, and went the extra mile in all her work.

Leonardo has done a great job every time, and is the type of personable and good-hearted employee Handy should always look for.

Loved the attention to detail and the playfulness of the pet toy placements. Left a smile own our faces.
