I had a last minute schedule change and Cerah was very accommodating, professional and communicative. We had a new baby in the house. So, the upkeep of the house has been a little neglected. She did a wonderful job with our mess. She was also very sweet with our 4 year old and small dog. Our dog typically barks at all strangers. But, he took to Cerah quite easily. Not a single growl. I think that speaks volumes. :)
