Bright lit up my night by doing an above and beyond clean. He even filled up my brita water in the fridge! His positive vibes were awesome.

Some of the windows weren't thoroughly cleaned, and also some of the window frames/shelves weren't dusted. Hairs were left in the shower.

Arrived nearly 2 hours late, glass surfaces were very streaky, certain items were left very out of place from where they were originally.
