Tianna was so great when she came to clean a few months ago. This time around, i made a mistake and forgot to reschedule the booking and she really made an effort to try and reach out to me. I feel so terrible for inconveniencing her and I really hope this message gets passed along to her! The tip I gave her is for the first time she came and this past Thursday’s mishap as well.
