RIcardo was so great! Genuine, polite, well spoken, knew what he was doing, and was very considerate. He was thorough and was dedicated to the work. I had him dismantle and install a new ceiling light fixture and he not only did what he had to do, but followed up with checking the rest of the power connection & light switches of the apartment, and kept me informed and educated on the situation. I truly think he has a skilled background in engineering and household tasks.
